Please be aware that we are not responsible for damages from factors beyond our control, such as storms or outside interference, and our responsibility for damages is governed by the terms of our tariff which imposes a limit on our liability.

The completed form may be e-mailed, faxed or mailed back to PECO. Once the completed claim form is received, your claim will be registered and referred to a Case Manager who will contact you at your daytime telephone number, or via e-mail or U.S. Postal Service.
