What's New at New Business?
Effective May 1, 2010, PECO re-assumes the call center, project management and materals management for new residential construction, which was outsourced for more than 10 years. InfraSource, the previous contractor performing these services, will continue to handle the design and the field construction aspects of electric and gas facilities to connect new residential customers. PECO's goal through this effort is to strengthen our customer relationships and affect this change through a smooth transition.

BLUE BOOK UPDATE - PECO's Electric Service Requirements handbook or "Blue Book has been updated for 2008. You can find it on the New Business Services "Service Information Resources" web site page. Check Section "B" to see a list of the changes made to the updated chapters.
