Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP)
The Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) is available to qualified low-income PECO customers. This free program offers weatherization services and conservation education to help reduce the amount of electricity and natural gas you use in your home.
To qualify:
- Your annual total household income must be at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
- $21,660 One person household

$29,140 Two person household

$36,620 Three person household

$44,100 Four person household

For each additional person add: $7,480
- For non-electric heating (Rate R) customers, your usage must be at 600 kilowatt hours (kWh) or greater per month - see "Meter Information" section of your bill
- For electric heating (Rate RH) customers, your usage must be at 1,400 kilowatt hours (kWh) or greater per month - see "Meter Information" section of your bill
- Your natural gas usage must be at 100 Ccf or greater per month - see "Meter Information" section of your bill
