Here's how Budget Billing works...

• You pay a pre-arranged amount each month based on your energy use during the prior 12-month budget cycle. 
• If you just moved and would like to enroll in budget bill, we will estimate your first budget bill amount based on previous residents usage.
• Your monthly Budget Bill payment will be adjusted every four months to keep the payment in line with your actual energy usage.
• You may enroll in budget billing plan at anytime and will be effective with your next bill.
• For even more convenience, learn about free paperless e-bill and PECO Power Pay that can save you both time and money.

Note: In order to go on the budget plan your account must be paid up to date. Continued participation requires that payments be made on or before the due date each month
