If you have a natural gas or electric emergency, call PECO immediately at 1-800-841-4141.  We are available 24/7 to answer your emergency call.

 

Mobile Outage Reporting
Did you know you can report an outage or check the status of a power outage from you internet ready phone or PDA?  Visit www.peco.com/mobile and log in.  Customers must first sign up for PECO’s online convenience center at www.peco.com/service.

If your power goes out during a storm...
During periods of stormy weather when outages occur, please use our automated telephone options by calling 1-800-841-4141 to report your power outage. The faster we know about your outage, the sooner we can begin getting your lights back on.

  • PECO’s customer service department is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-494-4000. 
  • When contacting PECO about a non-emergency, please be aware that our busiest times are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. You can avoid possible long wait times by calling during the early morning or late afternoon.

Do you need a language interpreter?
PECO's five county service area is rich in cultural diversity. As a good citizen, we need to be equally accessible to all of our customers. That's why we're ready to communicate and assist our non-English speaking customers in many different languages and dialects.  All of our Customer Consultants have access to interpreters.  Call 1-800-494-4000 and ask for an interpreter.

Do you need a contractor?
PECO’s Contractor Referral program can help you find a qualified electrician, plumber, or
heating/ventilation/air conditioner contractor. Just call 1-800-845-5845 and request a listing of up to three contractors in your area who are members of The Electrical Association of Philadelphia. You can also visit  The Electrical Association of Philadelphia.
