Prior to this position, he served as vice president, Distribution System Operations and Advanced Grid and Meter Technology, where he was responsible for the operation of the company’s electric and natural gas distribution systems as well as the design and deployment of PECO’s new metering technology system. Innocenzo also served as the director of Gas Operations, Quality Services and Performance Improvement. He also served as a regional director in Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties, as well as a regional engineering manager for Chester and Delaware counties. Innocenzo also was the emergency services supervisor in Philadelphia and a project engineer in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties.
Innocenzo serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Free Library, the Philadelphia Police Athletic League, the Southeastern Electric Exchange, the American Gas Association, the Energy Association of Pennsylvania, the Franklin Institute, the Satell Institute, and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. Innocenzo also led special projects with the Edison Electric Institute and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
Innocenzo holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Widener University and a MBA from Villanova University.

McDonald previously served as vice president, Utility Integration at Pepco Holdings for nearly three years. Pepco Holdings serves as the parent company for Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and Pepco; and are also owned by PECO parent company, Exelon Corporation. In this role, he oversaw the project management initiative responsible for integrating Pepco Holdings into the Exelon organization. Key areas of focus included merger commitments, synergy savings, utility operations and reliability enhancements. Prior to this position, McDonald served in various leadership roles at PECO including, vice president of Technical Services, and director-level roles in Distribution System Operations, Transmission and Regional Electric Operations.
McDonald serves on the boards of the Business Leaders Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) in Philadelphia and Drexel Neumann Academy in Chester City. He also serves as one of PECO’s co-leads for the annual Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk and the American Cancer Society Daffodil Days Campaign.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and MBA from Drexel University.
Senior Vice President, Regulatory and External Affairs
Through leadership of regulatory strategy and policy, government affairs, economic development, energy purchasing, corporate philanthropy and employee volunteerism, Murphy drives PECO's commitment to provide its customers with safe, reliable, clean and affordable energy and energy services. Her team also manages PECO's suite of award-winning energy efficiency programs and oversees the company's largest customer accounts. She also is the chair of PECO's Political Action Committee (PAC). Prior to coming to PECO, Murphy was chief operating officer of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) where she managed operations of the bridges, cruise terminal, passenger ferry, rail yard and public safety. Before joining the DRPA, Murphy served as the director of Government and Regulatory Affairs with Roadway Services, one of the nation's largest trucking companies. She began her career as the transportation director for the Speaker of the New York Assembly.
Murphy serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, Pennsylvania Conference for Women, Beltline Railroad, Mayor's Commission on Literacy and the Committee of Seventy.
For her commitment to the community, she has been recognized by the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Pennsylvania (Take the Lead Award), PathWays Pennsylvania (Trailblazer Award) and the March of Dimes (Service to Humanity Award). The Pennsylvania Diversity Council honored her as a 2015 Most Powerful & Influential Woman. Murphy also was named one of the Main Line's Most Influential Women by Main Line Today.

Prior to joining PECO, Stefani served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Exelon, where he was responsible for the identification and execution of merger, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities. Before joining Exelon, he led strategic investments in North America, Europe, and South Africa for Caterpillar’s Corporate Development Group. Prior to his corporate development work, Stefani provided strategic and capital markets advisory services to major corporations for eight years while serving as an investment banker at Citigroup and Marathon Capital.
Earlier in his career, Stefani served as an officer in the United States Navy. He was commissioned in 1996 and attended flight school. He served on active duty from 1996 to 2003 and earned several designations, including mission commander, instructor, and aviation safety officer.
Stefani serves on the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Philadelphia and as a volunteer referee for the U12 division of the American Youth Soccer Organization Region 210. He is also a member of the University of Notre Dame Sorin Society.
Stefani earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bailey is responsible for all aspects of PECO’s accounting, financial reporting and related internal control processes, including oversight of financial reports, files with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions, and Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Bailey joined Exelon in 2004 serving in various roles including manager of corporate accounting and manager of Power Team accounting, and was promoted to director of accounting for Power Team in 2007. He was named assistant controller of Exelon Generation in 2011, where he was responsible for the accounting operations for Exelon’s power marketing and fossil organizations. Prior to Exelon, Bailey was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Philadelphia, leading assurance engagements for a broad range of companies.

A seasoned communications leader with more than 20 years of experience, Bergman previously led enterprise communications for Lockheed Martin’s $16 billion rotary and mission systems business and held several other strategic communications roles at the company. Before that, she served in communications leadership positions at Campbell Soup Company, GE Energy, Aga Foodservice Equipment and Ford Motor Company.
Bergman serves on the board of trustees for Allies in Caring and volunteers at the Food Bank of South Jersey. During her time with Lockheed Martin, she also served as executive champion for the company’s Hispanic Employee Resource Group.
Bergman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico, and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Bradley is responsible for Gas Construction & Maintenance, Engineering, Supply & Transportation, Plant Operations & System Control, New Business and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to this current position, Bradley served as vice president, Support Services, responsible for Safety, Environmental, Fleet Services & Real Estate & Facilities, Human Performance & Quality Assurance. Prior to that, he served as chief security officer (CSO) at PJM Interconnection LLC in Valley Forge. Bradley originally joined PECO in 1984 as an engineer and worked both as a plant manager in power generation and utility operations during his tenure. He also served as the director of Environmental, Safety and Industrial Hygiene.
Bradley is currently a member of the International Security Managers Association (ISMA) and ASIS International. He is also a member of the Governor’s Pennsylvania Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory board. He is on the board of directors of the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition and served on industry Political Action Committees. He is a past member of the PAC board of directors and completed Philadelphia’s Leadership Inc. He has received the YMCA Black Achiever’s Award and also served as a mentor in the Philadelphia Regional Introduction of Minorities to Engineering program for 10 years.
Bradley received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Widener University and a master’s in management from Penn State University.
Vice President, Transmission & Substations
Crowe oversees the safe and reliable operation of PECO’s electric transmission system, including transmission and substation construction, operation and maintenance, transmission control room operations, NERC Reliability Standards Compliance and PJM interactions. Lyman is responsible for all information technology at PECO, including strategy & planning, project delivery, daily operations, and implementation of the information technology portions of PECO’s Smart Meter/Smart Grid initiatives. Lyman’s background includes more than nine years of energy industry experience and more than 17 years of extensive project/program and operations experience. She was the lead for Operational Excellence at NRG Energy Inc., responsible for leading multiple project teams to deliver large, complex technical and process improvement initiatives.
Lyman is an active member of the Project Manager Institute (PMI) and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP). She is an active volunteer for organizations, including Philabundance, In2books program for children and Autism Speaks.
Lyman has received Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has multiple project management and leadership certifications.
Vice President of Governmental & External Affairs
Oliver is responsible for state and local government affairs, including the development of the company’s legislative agenda. Nutter, where he was the spokesman and primary point of contact for local, regional, and national media. Oliver also served as Director of Communication for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
Oliver currently serves on the boards of Philadelphia Youth Network, Philadelphia Works, Leadership Philadelphia, Philadelphia Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and the Philadelphia Ad Club. He also sits on the Corporate Leadership Board of the Barnes Museum, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.
Oliver is a graduate of Milton Hershey School, a boarding school for economically disadvantaged children. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Lock Haven University, a master’s degree in Communications from LaSalle University, and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.

Singh is responsible for the overall management of PECO’s electric assets and system performance, including distribution equipment and standards, distribution capacity planning, project management, reliability and maintenance programs, vegetation management, investment strategy, and contract management. Prior to his current position, Webster was director of Rates and Regulatory Affairs. During his more than 25 years with the company Webster has led merger integration efforts, supported long-term strategic development, reorganization and cost reduction initiatives, and was responsible for the oversight of Information technology and business process changes to implement customer choice at PECO. Webster began his career in the company’s Nuclear Construction Division where he was involved in the construction of Limerick Units 1 and 2.
Webster currently serves on the board of directors of the YMCA of Philadelphia.
Webster holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Villanova University.
