For Residential Customers

The new and improved CAP-PIPP provides customers with an affordable, fixed, monthly bill amount. Customers simply pay a percentage of their total household income as their monthly PECO bill.

Payment Arrangements

Enjoy a consistent and predictable monthly payment throughout the year that helps with monthly or seasonal variation.

Budget Billing

Eligible customers can extend their bill due date by up to 21 calendar days.

Due Date Extension

MEAF is an energy assistance program that enables PECO to assist low-income customers in our service territory. Donate to help low-income customers with PECO bill payment.

Matching Energy Assistance Fund (MEAF)

Income eligible customers may qualify for a free energy assessment to receive recommendations to help reduce their energy usage.

Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP)

CARES assists eligible customers who have a temporary personal or financial hardship that prevents payment of utility bills.

Customer Assistance and Referral Evaluation Services (CARES)

Additional Resources

Persons with medical conditions or Protection from Abuse Orders may qualify for special assistance to prevent shut-offs.
