The Universal Services Outreach Department provides information about PECO's customer assistance programs as well as information about saving money on energy bills.
Each year, trained outreach specialists conduct numerous presentations with civic, social, religious, professional and other groups throughout PECO's service territory. The outreach staff also conducts workshops and training sessions for community groups and service providers. There is no cost for this service.
