Identity theft is a growing concern and a problem that is not easily resolved.
One way to prevent identity theft is to place a password on your PECO account. You can do this by calling us at 1-800-494-4000 to request this service.
If you believe you are currently a victim of identity theft for a PECO account that you did not create, please call us at 1-800-494-4000.
If a PECO representative requests that you complete the FTC ID Theft Affidavit; please print the form, complete the form and return the form to the representative along with a copy of the report field with your local police department.
