Payment Arrangements

Having trouble paying your bill? We can help you set up a payment arrangement. To enroll in a payment arrangement online, you must meet the following criteria:


  • Be a residential customer with active service (If you have a home business account, please call 1-888-480-1533.)
  • Have an account balance less than $3,000
  • Not be enrolled in PECO’s Customer Assistance Program (CAP) rate
  • Not have an active bankruptcy case
  • Not already be enrolled in a payment arrangement or other special terms related to the COVID-19 crisis
