If you prefer to pay a set amount each month regardless of season, Budget Billing spreads costs evenly month to month by charging a pre-arranged amount with each bill.

• Your monthly bill payment is based on your average usage during the last 12 months.
• If you are a new customer and don’t have 12 months of usage, the amount will be based on the previous resident’s usage at your address, or the average used in that area.
• Your actual usage will continue to be shown on your monthly bill.
• As a reminder, you are responsible for all of your usage.

Change your monthly due date so it's more convenient for you.

• You must have a My Account.
  
• You may change your due date twice in 12 months.
  
• Residential customers only.
  

Paperless eBill for Residential Customers

Paperless eBill is a fast, easy, secure, and FREE way to eliminate your paper bill and receive and pay your bill online.

• Receive an email notification when your bill is ready to view online.
• Prior billing history is available to view, download or print at any time.
  

Paperless eBill for Commercial Customers

• Access to up to 24 months of historical bills
• Easier bill management for customers with multiple bill accounts
