Having trouble paying your bill? We may be able to help you set up a payment arrangement. To qualify for a payment arrangement, you must meet the following criteria:
Payment agreements for residential customers are based on the household income PECO currently has on file, so please ensure your information is updated if there have been any changes. Based on your total household income, you may qualify for an additional agreement option of up to 60 months. To determine if you are eligible for this extended payment arrangement, please call 1-888-480-1533, and a representative will assist you with updating your income information and enroll you in the applicable payment agreements.
If you are a small business customer and would like to enroll in a payment arrangement, please call 1-800-494-4000.
