Payment Arrangements

Having trouble paying your bill? We may be able to help you set up a payment arrangement. To qualify for a payment arrangement, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a residential or home business customer with active service.
  • Have an active PECO account.
  • Have an account balance less than $3,000.
  • Not have an active bankruptcy case.
  • Not already be enrolled in a payment arrangement or other special terms related to the COVID-19 crisis.

If you are a small business customer and would like to enroll in a payment arrangement, please call 1-800-494-4000.

​If you've defaulted on your payment arrangement, you may be eligible for reinstatement.
