All customers in the PECO service area have the opportunity to choose their electricity or natural gas supplier, this is referred to as Customer Choice. Customers are encouraged to research their options, educate themselves about the billing process, refer to PECO’s price to compare, stay informed about any changes in contracts or agreements, and be certain the company is licensed by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) and registered with PECO.
