Manage Your Properties for Uninterrupted Service

 
Using the new, self-service portal, both residential and commercial landlords and property managers can now establish contractual agreements with PECO that enable uninterrupted service between tenants. This will automatically place service accounts and billing into the landlords name after a tenant vacates a premise, ensuring continuous service. Management Features at Your Fingertips

By creating an online account, you can set up property agreements with PECO to provide uninterrupted electric and gas services to the properties you manage. It only takes a matter of minutes!
The Property Manager Portal allows property managers to:
  • Establish and manage landlord agreement(s).
  • View premises associated with the landlord agreement(s).
  • View payment summaries for premises within the property manager’s name.
The Property Manager Portal will not allow the property manager to:
  • Start, Stop or Move new service(s). Visit the Start, Stop and Move page to learn more.
  • Pay bills, monitor energy usage, or report outages. Visit your MyAccount to learn more.
You may still submit a Landlord Agreement Form (pdf) by mail or fax. If at any time in the future you wish to cancel this request, you must notify PECO at 1-800-494-4000.
