Get the Download on PECO’s New Mobile App

PHILADELPHIA (February 6, 2018) – PECO recently launched its free mobile app which allows customers to easily access account information on the go. Featuring fingerprint login, push alerts and paying your full bill with one easy slide, the app makes it simple to manage more than one account at a time and is available to both residential and business customers on smartphones and tablets.

"The launch of PECO's new mobile app is a result of our continued commitment to providing premier customer service by facilitating effortless interactions with our customers," said Lauren Feldhake, vice president of customer operations for PECO. "We know that many of our customers prefer the convenience of managing their accounts on their mobile devices, and we're excited provide this new option through the app."

For PECO customers, the new mobile app allows you to:

  • Easily sign-in with your fingerprint or "keep me signed in" option
  • Effortlessly view and pay your bill, check your balance, and view your account activity
  • Report an outage, check your outage status and view the outage map
  • Manage your AutoPay and Budget Billing settings
  • View your energy usage data and trends
  • Compare your bills and view your bill forecast
  • Set up alerts for your outage status, billing, payment reminders and more

Nearly 12,000 PECO customers have already downloaded an initial version of the app, with limited features released in late 2017, and will receive additional features when they update their app. The PECO free mobile app is available today through the App Store or Google Play.
