PECO understands that many customers are facing financial hardships at this time.To assist, PECO is extending its support policies, which include suspending non-payment service disconnections, waiving new late fees, and reconnecting customers who were previously disconnected, until further notice. PECO has also expanded payment options and financial assistance programs to help customers pay down outstanding balances that may have increased during the pandemic. Although pandemic-related policies will end at some point, our commitment to customers is ongoing. PECO will work closely with the PUC as they lift the Emergency Order to ensure a transition back to normal operations that is sensitive to the health and financial issues facing our customers.
