The PECO Smart Energy Usage Data Tool was developed to assist in benchmarking your commercial building energy usage.

Once set-up is complete, this application could provide energy usage data electronically.  Owners and operators of buildings can now request energy usage data online.

This system also allows for easy data export into the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager, enabling owners and operators to benchmark their buildings’ energy performance to similar buildings throughout the country.

To take advantage of the Energy Usage Data Tool, follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the on line enrollment form. The form will be sent requesting access. Our systems search for the usage based upon the building address, so only one form per building address is needed.

• If your whole building has multiple addresses, please fill one form out per unique address and send a separate email to PECOEnergyUsageData@exeloncorp.com with a listing of all addresses associated to your building.
• If you are benchmarking multiple addresses as a campus, please send a separate email to PECOEnergyUsageData@exeloncorp.com with a listing of building addresses you would like aggregated into a single feed.
