The PECO Smart Energy Usage Data Tool (PSEUDT) was developed to assist in benchmarking your property’s energy usage. This tool can be used by commercial and residential properties with 1 account or 4+ accounts and provides monthly aggregate/whole-building energy usage.
If you are a new user seeking to benchmark your facility’s energy usage, please fill out the online
enrollment form and indicate that you do not have an existing PSEUDT user ID. Once your account is created, you will receive login credentials. You will then be able to log into the tool at:
https://pecoenergyusagedata.com. You will see the building you provided in the enrollment form listed in your Building Summary.
If you have already set up your account within the PSEUDT, use the credentials you previously received to sign into the tool at:
https://pecoenergyusagedata.com. To add a property to your existing account, please fill out the
enrollment form and indicate that you have an existing PSEUDT user ID. For security reasons, you must fill out an enrollment form for each building.
*Please note, if the building you are benchmarking has multiple secondary addresses, please e-mail a listing of all addresses to
PECOEnergyUsageData@ExelonCorp.com. For any questions or concerns regarding the PSEUDT, please also e-mail
