Request a home visit from a PECO energy advisor who will show you ways to save energy and money. The visit usually takes one to two hours, depending on the type of home and heating system. Appointments are available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please note: while we are not scheduling any new Free Energy Checkup appointments at this time, we are taking reservations for future appointments. The FREE Energy Checkup comes with energy-saving items installed, and you’ll also receive a personalized report with recommendations for improving your home’s energy efficiency and an evaluation of your refrigerator and other major appliances. If your appliances qualify, they may be replaced with energy-efficient models free of charge.
Have electric heat? You may be eligible for FREE insulation and air sealing. Your PECO energy advisor will need to perform advanced diagnostic testing, including a blower door test and thermal imaging, to pinpoint air leaks and identify energy-saving opportunities.
